During her successful tenure, Ashley developed a strong reputation as an incredibly hard and dedicated worker consistently going above-and-beyond what her clients and candidates expected earning their trust, respect and many requests of ‘Can we work with Ashley again?’. Prior to her executive search experience, Ashley worked in Human Resources, Management, Sales and was a Senior Therapist supporting patients with Autism with purpose and passion. Due to her passion for working with people, building relationships, and helping others, Ashley is admired for her dedication and loyalty to her clients and candidates. With earning a B.A. degree in Psychology from California State University, Ashley is looking forward to bringing her education and understanding of relationship building to TSG. Ashley was born and raised in Northern California and is now raising her children in the Sacramento area with her husband. She loves country music and spending her summers on the water with her family. Her greatest passion is being a mother. Stacy has been a Principal and Global Executive Recruiter at The Syverson Group, LLC (TSG) since 2017. She works collaboratively with TSG clients, candidates, and partners. Prior to joining TSG, Stacy worked as a software engineer for a Fortune 500 Software company. Her background was primarily in Software Design and Implementation, Sales, Employee Training and Human Resources. She has been very successful in engaging with major clients in the industry and maintaining an impeccable reputation for transparency, results orientation and an extremely strong work ethic.
Stacy has developed a strong reputation in the executive search market as being a kind, thoughtful, highly competent, creditable, positive person with an intense work ethic, high attention-to-detail, exemplary determination and strong interpersonal skills. Stacy studied for three years on scholarship at the Joffrey Ballet in New York City as a ballet and contemporary dancer. She is a graduate of Louisiana State University where she completed a double major in Sports Medicine and Business Administration. She was a four year athletic scholarship recipient as a collegiate swimmer.
Outside of work, Stacy is an avid runner, sports enthusiast and loves to travel supporting her three grown kids. Her daughter Scout attends San Diego State University, daughter Skye attends West Point Military Academy where she runs collegiate track, and son Steele who was a 3 year football Starter for the Ohio State Buckeyes and is currently a Linebacker for the Detroit Lions.

Samantha brings over ten (10) years of expertise in healthcare, life sciences and investment management. More specifically, Samantha has three (3) years of retained, global, executive search experience and performance excellence across a spectrum of different types and sizes of companies specializing in MedTech (Life Sciences & Life Science Tools; Diagnostics & Laboratory Services; Pharmaceutical –Biopharmaceutical – Therapeutics; Medical Devices & Products; Aesthetics; Biotechnology; CRO & Academic Research; CDMO; Dental).
Prior to joining TSG – The Syverson Group, Samantha was a Senior Associate, Global Life Sciences Practice at ZRG Partners, LLC. During her tenure at ZRG, Samantha was consistently ranked in the top 1% of performers, was promoted on several occasions and was responsible for directly engaging with ZRG’s most important clients. Prior to ZRG, Samantha served in business development and advisory positions at Meeder Investment Management in Dublin, OH, specializing in investment solutions, including mutual funds, investment portfolios, and retirement plan services.

Alysa was born in Chicago and currently resides in Atlanta. Alysa joined The Syverson Group, LLC (TSG) in 2017 as TSG’s Head of Marketing & Administration before maintaining those responsibilities and also successfully transitioning into Executive Recruiting in 2019.
In her Marketing & Admin capacity, Alysa is responsible for identifying, developing, executing and measuring marketing programs and investments to better serve TSG’s clients and prospective candidates as well as assist with administrative requirements on an as needed basis. She also is accountable for all TSG invoicing, payroll & 401k contributions.
In her Executive Recruiter capacity, Alysa is responsible for recruiting activities inclusive of prospective candidate identification, sourcing and qualification. Over her tenure in Executive Search, Alysa has been exceptionally successful having filled 100% of her assigned engagements with 100% retention rate and over 50% of her placements have received promotions within 18 mo. or less.

Prior to his talent acquisition start up experience, Dain’s corporate background consisted of over 13 years with Abbott Labs, Diagnostics Division inclusive of executive level responsibilities in General Management, Global & Tactical Marketing, Corporate Accounts, Sales & Sales Management and International Operations. During Dain’s corporate career, he was promoted to increased scopes of responsibility ten (10) times and relocated on seven (7) occasions throughout the U.S. and Europe.
Prior to his medical career, Dain attended Oregon State University on a baseball scholarship, was drafted out of college and played professional baseball in the Cleveland Indians organization retiring after sustaining an injury in AAA Buffalo, NY.
Dain holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration & Finance from Oregon State University and has taken advanced courses at Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management and Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. Dain is active in coaching youth sports, various local ministries & charities and an avid outdoorsman and fitness participant. Dain has two daughters and resides in a northern suburb of Atlanta, Georgia.

Prior to joining TSG Chad was asked to Head up Talent and Growth at Personal Genome Diagnostics (PGDx) by the CEO in order to help transform it from a start-up CLIA Lab Services company that was founded by renowned leaders in cancer genomics from Johns Hopkins (Luis Diaz, MD, and Victor Velculescu, MD, PhD) into a world-class Global Molecular Diagnostics company. When Chad joined PGDx, it was a 50-person organization with <$2M in Revenue. During his 3 years at PGDx, revenues increased to >$27MM, they raised over $120MM in Series B and structured debt, hired over 200+ employees with processes and systems to develop and manufacture Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) IVD products under GMP, and became the first ever Genomic IVD company to develop an FDA 510K cleared comprehensive genomic tumor profiling IVD test for clinical use and the first CE marked liquid biopsy genomic product capable of impacting cancer patients worldwide. Chad was responsible for driving the build out all functional areas of the company: R&D, Bioinformatics, Regulatory, Sales & Marketing, Pharma Partnering, Corporate Development, Service, HR, Translational Science, Manufacturing/Design Transfer, Program Management Office (PMO), Project Management, Statistics, Legal, Clinical Affairs, Purchasing, F&A.

Prior to his medical career, Chad attended The University of Kansas where he received his Bachelors in Molecular Biology. He conducted and completed research at the Higuchi Biosciences Center for Neurobiology and Immunology Research while working on Alzheimer and Alcoholism grants. He was born and raised in Kansas, and so he is a lifetime fan of the “World Champion” Kansas City Chiefs and his alma mater Kansas Jayhawks. He and his daughter Sophie currently reside in Las Vegas, NV, where they enjoy wake surfing at Lakes Powell, Mead and Havasu.
Kristin has been an Atlanta resident since 2000. She was born in Denver and relocated a number of times during her childhood living in Illinois, Wisconsin, Oregon, Frankfurt/Germany and Tennessee which have all contributed to her flexibility and adaptability, appreciation of different cultures and personalities as well as her love of international and US travel. Kristin’s known for her always present smile & positivity, high energy, kind heart, thoughtfulness and authenticity.

Prior to TSG and in addition to her success in executive search, Kristin invested over seven (7) years in Early Childhood Education initially as a Teacher and was promoted to Director of Education. Kristin proudly created a welcoming, collaborative, teaching environment for children, parents and faculty to comfortably develop a love of learning and for the world around them through her development of curriculum, events, onboarding, enrollment, and social media. Her prior career in Education allows Kristin to place an understanding and importance on the impact TSG makes for companies, careers, and personal lives.
Kristin graduated from University of Tennessee (Go Vols!) with a degree in Psychology. Kristin resides in the northern suburb of Atlanta with her husband, Chris, and their Yorkie fur-child, Lola.
